Sensei Cat is a Certified Personal Trainer, First Degree Black Belt Belt (Jujitsu & Chin Na), & Certified Female Self Defense & Rape Prevention Instructor.
She has trained a wide variety of clients ranging from youth to senior in both personal training & self defense. By helping her clients improve their strength, endurance, muscle size, balance, flexibility, learn life saving self defense tactic's, etc. she is satisfied knowing she has helped make a positive change in someone else’s life.
Believe it or not, Cat picked up her first dumbbell at the tender age of two years old & never put it down. Being an athlete her whole life, playing many sports such as softball, soccer, track, martial arts (Kung Fu, Judo, Jujitsu, Chin Na), bodybuilding, and basketball, Cat's athletic potential never went unrecognized. In 2007 she decided to challenge herself to get into the best shape of her life and entered herself into her first natural figure & bodybuilding competition with the INBF- International Natural Body Building & Fitness and placed 2nd. Shortly after that, she decided it was time for her to face her destiny and pursue a career in the fitness & martial arts industry.

Everyone wants to go from A to Z, but no one wants to make the effort to do all the hard work it takes to not just loose weight, but loose body fat.
